Iveco Trucks Australia manufactures and distributes light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles for the Australian road transport industry.
Formerly International Harvester and International Trucks, the company has been part of Australia’s way of life since 1902. Iveco Trucks Australia is wholly owned by CNH Industrial Group. The local manufacturing plant has produced more than 230,000 truck and bus chassis’ since 1952.
Today, Iveco manufacturers the ACCO Euro 6 range and the Stralis X-Way Euro5 and Euro6 range in its plant in Dandenong, Victoria.
In addition, Iveco imports both the Daily light commercial range including mini-bus and the Eurocargo range from Iveco plants in Europe.
Iveco also imports a range of off-road vehicles such as the Daily 4×4, Eurocargo 4×4, Trakker 4×4 and 6×6 variants and the Astra 8×8 for the Australia market.
In conjunction with Magirus, Iveco can also provide a number of ex-factory solutions for the fire and emergency service industries in Australia.
